1. Freelance Writing

If you love writing and are great at it this side hustle might be wonderful for you. With freelance writing, you can write for different businesses and even bloggers and get paid.

Graphic designers work with clients to create websites, logos, brand mockups, and much more. This job requires that you have a creative eye to design multiple projects, and it also requires that you have some necessary designing skills.

Some skills that graphic designers need are computer skills, knowledge of programs & software programs such as Canva, PicMonkey, Microsoft Word, and Photoshop. If a person is interested in starting a graphic design side hustle they can put their services up on places such as their website, on Fiverr, Upwork and LinkedIn.

3. Blogger

Blogging has changed my whole life. Since starting my blog in 2016, I have turned it into a profitable business that makes full-time income each month. If you are interested in blogging there are a lot of ways you can make money from blogging. 4. Start A Podcast 

Next to blogging, a lot of bloggers and online business owners start a podcast. A podcast is a digital audio that can be available on the internet for download. 5. Airbnb Host

Airbnb is an alternative to hotels. Airbnb hosts share their spaces in 190 countries and more than 34,000 cities. As an Airbnb host, you put your room or home up on the website, and people can book the space on the Airbnb website or the app. Many Airbnb host makes an extra $1000 a month and many make much more. A Doula is a trained and experienced childbirth coach that helps and prepares the mother for birth. Doulas help mothers create a solid birthing plan and give them insight and education on the birthing process. Starting a photography business can be one of the best ways to turn a side hustle into a primary career. With this job, you will need some photography experience under your belt, and you will need a portfolio of your work online to showcase your work to potential clients. You also need to have good knowledge about how to work your camera and its different functions of it. If you are looking for a fun side hustle to turn into a meaningful business, becoming a makeup artist might be great for you.

As a makeup artist, you will book clients that are in need of getting their make-up done professionally for weddings, birthdays, events, and much more. A side hustle that is on the rise is Facebook Ad Manager. 10. Pinterest Virtual Assistant

If you are knowledgeable about Pinterest and know the platform very well, you can offer Pinterest VA’s service. A Pinterest VA’s is a virtual assistant for Pinterest.  Some services Pinterest VA’s can offer⁣

  • Update pin and board descriptions with SEO and relevant keywords⁣
  • Business account set up ⁣
  • Organize boards and pins ⁣

When you first become a Pinterest VA you can add what you offer on your menu on your website. After your menu is made you can set up your rates and prices. The average Pinterest VA prices I have seen vary but I have seen VA’s earn around $15 to $65+ an hour depending on service.

One of the best ways to find new clients is right in Facebook groups. I absolutely love Facebook groups for connecting with other bloggers and business owners.

11. Music Producer

If you are a songwriter or music producer, you can write and produce songs for other artists and musicians and get paid by doing so. You can also collect royalties on the songs you have written. To promote your services, you can use social media such as your Facebook Fan Page and Instagram page to get the word out. You can also put up flyers in local music colleges and venues. 12. Baker

If you are a chef, you can set up a catering business that caters to different clients and businesses. As a freelance chef, you may work as a personal chef for an event or cater a big event for a large company.

Some responsibilities that tutors have are helping students learn about a specific subject and helping them develop the study skills needed to be successful in their academic studies.

Most tutoring companies hire qualified individuals to help tutor students online. Subjects that tutors can tutor in are Math, Science, English, Science, History, Finance, and more.

14. Etsy Shop Owner

If you love selling handmade crafts or digital products setting up an Etsy shop might be a great way for you to earn passive income. 15. Website Flipper

With Website flipping, you create a website with the intent to sell it later for a profit. This method is very similar to house flipping but just with websites. When you create a website, you have to grow the site and build the audience professionally. You also have to generate traffic to the website and promote it on social media to get it seen. Websites such as Flippa lets users sell websites, domains, and apps to others and get paid. Many people make over $40k per year by creating and flipping websites.
