If you know me, you know I love a good dessert… but not all desserts are created equal. Most are filled with processed sugars and fillers, and I don’t know about you, but I’m not trying to deal with extra inflammation from all that.

So I decided to learn how to make my favorite desserts using healthier ingredients. In this post, I’m sharing some easy desserts you can make, along with better-for-you ingredients and where to find them. The post will share 10 Easy & Delicious Desserts You Can Make on a Budget.

Who doesn’t like Chocolate Chip Cookies? Fun Facts: When I was younger, I would eat these and pick out the chocolate chips. Is that weird? Maybe, Yes… Maybe No! Nonetheless, when done right, these are some of the best desserts to bring to a party and family outing.

Yesss! For the Banana Muffins! I would make these even without a special event. Bananas are indeed one of my favorite fruit I try not to eat them a lot because they are high in sugar. Good sugar, but still one of the higher sugar fruits. 🙂
